Mashiach Prophecy and Fulfillment

Yahshua ha Mashiach Entered Jerusalem in Triumph

Hebrew Scriptures                                                  New Testament Fulfillment

Zechariah 9:9                                                 Matthew 21:1-9 & John 12:12-16

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem behold, thy King come unto thee. He is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon a donkey, and upon a colt the foal of a donkey.  Zechariah 9:9 (KJV)

And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples, saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find a donkey tied, and a colt with her; loose them, and bring them unto me. And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, the Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them. All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,

Tell ye the daughter of Zion, behold, thy King come unto thee, meek, and sitting upon a donkey, and a colt the foal of a donkey. The disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them, and brought the donkey, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set Him thereon. A very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strowed them in the way. And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David!   Blessed is He that comes in the Name of the LORD; Hosanna in the highest!!!

Glory to GOD for Sending His Righteous Son Yahshua!

On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet Him, and cried, Hosanna!! Blessed is the King of Israel that comes in the Name of the LORD. Jesus, when he had found a young donkey, sat thereon; as it is written, fear not, daughter of Zion; behold, thy King come, sitting on a donkey’s colt.

These things understood not his disciples at the first, but when Jesus was glorified, then remembered they that these things were written of Him, and that they had done these things unto Him. John 12:12-16 (KJV)

Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness. If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things? And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.  And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.  John 3:11-21 (KJV)

The Conclusion: Ecclesiastes 12:13-14
YHVH has spoken in these last days by whom? Hebrews ch. 1
As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. John 9:5 (KJV)
