Who hath believed our report, and to whom is the Arm of the LORD revealed?

He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground; He hath neither form nor comeliness; and when we shall see Him, there is no beauty that we should desire Him. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief, and we hid as it were our faces from Him; He was despised, and we esteemed him not. Isaiah 53:3 (KJV)

The Stone which the builders refused is become the Head Stone of the corner. Psalm 118:22 (KJV)

Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas, and consulted that they might take Jesus by subtlety, and kill him. Matthew 26:3-4 KJV

Though He had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on Him; that the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke, LORD, who hath believed our report, and to whom hath the Arm of the LORD been revealed?

Therefore, they could not believe, because that Esaias said again,

He hath blinded their eyes and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. These things said Esaias, when he saw His Glory, and spoke of Him.

Nevertheless, among the chief rulers also many believed on Him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess Him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue. They loved the praise of men more than the praise of GOD.

Howbeit many of them which heard the Word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand. And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes, and Annas the high priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem.  And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, by what power, or by what name, have ye done this?

Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said unto them, ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel, If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole; Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom GOD raised from the dead, even by Him does this man stand here before you whole.

This is the Stone, which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the Head of the Corner.  Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is none other Name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:1-12 (KJV)

Blessed is He that comes in the Name of the LORD.  Psalm 118:26
