PRAYER
O Lord GOD of Hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob.
Selah. Behold, O GOD our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed, for a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. The LORD GOD is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
O LORD of Hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee. Psalms 84:8-12 (KJV)
Trust in Him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before Him: God is a refuge for us. Selah Psalms 62:8 (KJV)
Whoso walketh uprightly shall be saved, but he that is perverse in his ways shall fall at once. Proverbs 28:18 (KJV)
Who is Blessed
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful, but his delight is in the law of the Lord and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Question: What happens to the ungodly
The ungodly are not so but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. Therefore, the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly shall perish. Psalms 1:1-6 (KJV)
Note: Avoid becoming a withered (useless) branch; secondly. Read & study John 15:1-16
I am the True Vine [Yahushua ha Mashiach], and my Father is the Husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit He taketh away; and every branch that beareth fruit, He purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit
John 15:1-2 (KJV)
Note: Yahshua states that His Father is the Husbandman/Vineyard Dresser. Yahshua is the True Vine, and His people are branches. If the branch is not producing fruit it is taken away, and the branch that is producing fruit is purged, to bring forth more fruit.
